We want you to love your Worthy Wand! If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. Must be not worn and in its orginal packaging.

We understand that sometimes things happen and items may arrive damaged. If this occurs, and your item is covered under warranty, within the 30 days of purchase, we will gladly exchange it for a new one at no additional cost. Please note: We encourage customers to inspect their items upon arrival and report any damage within a reasonable timeframe.
We understand that accidents happen, and sometimes necklace chains may break. While we don't offer chain replacements after 30 days due to the unique hand-crafted nature of our necklaces, any skilled jeweler can assess the chain and offer you repair or replacement options.
Oh no, we're sorry to hear your bracelet broke! We understand how frustrating that can be. Not to worry if it's within the warranty timeframe we will gladly replace.

- Your Name
- Order Number
- Image of the broken bracelet (optional but highly helpful)
This information enables us to swiftly assess the situation and offer you the best possible solution. We will do our best to respond within 24 hours.

While we strive for a quick turnaround, we know situations can change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@worthywands.com.
Please note:
- Once your order receives a tracking number, it has already been processed and shipped. In these cases, cancellation is no longer possible.
- You can still return the items after they arrive for a full refund, but return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Track Your Package
We understand you want to know where your package is. To help you track it efficiently, please make sure you have a tracking number.
- If you have a tracking number, you can usually track your package on the mail carrier's website.
- If you don't have a tracking number, or if your package is taking longer than 30 days to arrive, please contact us and we can open a ticket with the mail carrier on your behalf.
Here are some additional things to keep in mind:
- We fulfill orders within 24 hours of receiving them.
- Once the package leaves our warehouse, we don't have control over the exact delivery timeframe, but most carriers deliver within a certain timeframe (which you can find on the carrier's website).
