Shipping Options

At checkout, you’ll be able to select between tracked and untracked shipping options. Please review your choice carefully—we receive a high volume of requests for shipping updates, and we’re only able to provide tracking details if a tracked service was selected.

If you opt for a tracked package, you'll receive a tracking number by email and can follow your package’s journey through the Shop app or the carrier’s website.

International Orders

All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes based on your local customs regulations.

Worthy Wands is not responsible for these fees—they are determined by your country’s customs authority. For more info, please visit your local customs website.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Before reaching out, we ask that you:

  • Double-check the shipping address you provided at checkout
  • Check with neighbors, concierge, or nearby mailboxes (this solves most cases!)
  • Look for a delivery notice or tracking update
  • If you still can’t locate your package, please email us at hello@worthywands.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

If your package is trackable, we will open a support ticket with the carrier.
If it was untracked, we kindly ask that you allow up to 30 days for delivery, as delays can happen—especially across borders or during high-volume seasons.
