If you are looking for additional information on your order, we are only able to offer that provided you choose a tracked package. We are not able to provide additional information without it.
All order ship same day and when shipped from our Warehouses.
Shipping Options:
Please make sure you’re reviewing the option you're choosing at check out as we get countless emails a day asking for status updates and unless it's tracked, we don't have any additional information to offer.
If you opt for a tracked package, you will get a tracking number where you can track your package here or on the shop app.
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Worthy Wands is not responsible for duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
Due to Hurricane Helene + Milton we are currently we are shipping for Canada.
Lost Shipments:
- Check you provided the correct shipping address.
- Check with neighbours (or those with neighbouring mailboxes). This is most often where your package will be.
- If you are still unable to locate your package, please email hello@worthywands.com and our team and we would be glad to assist you.
- We will open a ticket if your item is trackable with the mail carrier. If the item is not trackable we ask that you wait up to 30 days for its arrival. This usually gives the package enough time to arrive.
- We are not responsible for lost parcels in the event that an incorrect shipping address was entered.
Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Worthy Wands.
